Set scale tool

Every time I use the "set scale" tool on a photo or floor plan, the measurements never seem to hold. When I check the measurments, they are all incorrect. If the height is correct, the width is wrong, etc. Is there a way to correct this?

It sounds like you have resized the photo and maybe accidentally skewed it. Does that sound like that could’ve happened?

There is a box under settings that MUST be unchecked. Make sure the checkbox next to Shared Profile is unchecked. This setting is inside of Parallels > Options (tab) > Sharing....
