I didn't see your screenshot earlier. That screenshot means you accidentally copied a space at the beginning or end of your serial number. Always note the first and last character to make sure it pastes the whole number.

You don't have to remove Studio from your old computer; however, do NOT activate it on the old computer because it will use a license.

It shouldn't have defaulted back to a 30-day trial. Do you think you could have accidentally copied a space when you copied the serial number? Try opening Studio again and pasting the serial number. Make SURE you see the first and last character displayed in your serial number....

I just tried entering my serial number NOT in OFFLINE mode and it seems to have activated it...but it has defaulted to 30 days (per the popup window)...do i need to worry about it expiring

Also...do I need to do anything on my old laptop to deactivate that instance of the software?

I've also had to upgrade my laptop due to Windows 11 requirements. I'm in the process of installing MMstudio...and it seems to have completed successfully.
I've logged into my account on the customerHUB and can see my access links and my studio serial number. I've attempted...

We tell people to make sure the PC has enough memory and hard drive space to play games. If the PC has enough to play games, you won’t have any trouble with Studio.

If you saved your Studio files to the folder, “My Studio Designs”, you can copy that folder to your new computer....

I did have Parallels but that was ages ago.
I’ve had Studio on a little Hp laptop for eons and I wouldn’t replace except for the Windows 11 thing, it can’t be upgraded.
I just don’t want to lose all my Studio files and access because I still use it for me…

Hi Linda,

You had parallels installed on your Mac, correct? If you purchase a new Mac, you will need to install parallels on it so that you will be able to install studio on a Mac since it is a PC based software.

When you save an image from the internet, for example, a lamp, as a jpg or png file, you import it into Studio (import image) and then use Properties>Fill and the Transparency Bar to slide and erase the background color. If the background is a color other than white, use the eyedropper tool to touch...
