  • Printing, Scale or Eyedropper Not working properly

Even if you can change the Text size you should NEVER change from 100% or DEFAULT this is a rule you should go by.
This can affect multiple programs on your computer.

If you have changed the font/text size on your computer to make your font/text size larger. You are probably experiencing at least one if not all of the following issues:
    • Scale is not correct in Studio
    • Scale when printing a rendering is not correct
    • Eyedropper tool is not working properly

    Steps
    • Right click on the desktop of your computer
    • Click Personalize
    • Look for Make text and other items larger or smaller
    • Click on this option and select Smaller, Default or Normal (Verbiage may differ slightly)
    • This option must not be change
    • See attached screen shots

    How to repair your file:
Once you have change the appearance back to the correct setting you will want to open your .mms file and make changes or even click on a item you will notice the scale (work space) will jump to the correct size and the amount on the ruler bar will now show 220 on the ruler bar along the top of an elevation. Select all by pressing CTRL + A. While everything is highlighted, hold down the shift key, move your mouse to the upper right corner of a green edit point and pull in your top right edit point until the design fits on the workspace. Once it fits on the workspace it will print correctly.
