  • Mac Users ~ Email Rendering from Studio Online

    The best way to email a jpeg from your Remote Desktop is to sign in to your mail account using Firefox. You will attach the jpeg just like you would attach any jpeg to your mail or mms file if you are emailing to the minutes matter staff.

    OR
    • To email from your mac side
    • Open the jpeg (on the remote side)
    • Select the jpeg copy (command C)
    • Click on Computer (on the remote side)
    • Click Other 1 (your name)
    • Click Desktop (in the list)
    • Paste (command V)
    • Your jpeg is now on your mac side



    open your email account, attach the jpeg and email to your client

    PC
    • Click on your remote computer
    • Click on pictures
    • Find your picture
    • Right click and copy
    • Click on your computer desktop
    • Right click and paste the picture
    • Now email your picture


    OR
    • Open Firefox
    • Click your email icon
    • Compose your mail
    • Click attach file
    • Find you picture click and click open
    • The picture will go into the mail
    • You are ready to send.
