Lost Minutes Matter due to computer crash

How do I get a full download of Minutes Matter? My computer crashed and I lost a lot, including being able to open my MM. Help!!!!!!

I have sent your CustomerHub login credentials to your Verizon email account. In CustomerHub, you will be able to download Studio as well as access your serial number. I will also clear your Studio licenses.
