  • Lost all my Network clients

    I need help immediately. I had to have a new hard drive put into my computer. Now I have lost all my client folders. How do I get them back? I'm on a deadline to finish this up today.

    Hi Lynn you will need to copy your folder from the old harddrive and paste it into the new harddrive.

      What if I don't have the old hard drive? I have a laptop that has the info but since I upgraded to Big Sur, it won't open. Help1

      So you have a mac that has the information on the parallels side. You will need to update your parallels program to get to the folder.

    Hi Lynn, you’re talking about your Studio Online account right?
    if so, then you should be using your Microsoft Remote Desktop app login with the same credentials and your account should look exactly the same.

      Sorry never thought to ask if she was using an online account since she talked about replacing her hardrive.
