Trouble with Irfanview

Having problem with Irfanview. I recently haven't been able to save a cropped item in color to Irfanview when I had saved image in color. I checked that I didn't have grayscale on, but still have the issue. I thought maybe I should reinstall, but there are quite a few download choices. Which download version does Minutes Matter use?
