I recently moved to Virginia and don't think I want to start a full time design studio. Having said that, I love working with floor plans on a consulting basis (used MM for my new townhouse!). Any feedback on doing e-design would be greatly appreciated! Linda

In addition to e-design, I think there's a need for floor plans for real estate listings. You might hook up with a few brokers and offer your services. Having moved 3 times in the last 8 years, we found that our houses sold faster with floor plans and we always hoped to see them on listings as we looked for new properties in California and Texas.

I started a thread a few years back on e-design - not sure how current the links are

linda, look up e design tribe and e design u Jenna Gaidsuk or something similar. I am considering the same thing. She talks about markeing, software, adoobe, setting up a new company, tons of information. She has several facebook pages as well. I am planning on integrating her infor with all my years of studio and Merlyn's coaching over the years. she does go into floor planner and software that does 3 d, pretty neat stuff. Wish we could do more of it with studio as I know it like the back of my hand!
