issues with MM - Dimension tool

When using the dimension tool, it shows 'inf' instead of showing measurements

it looks like the scale tool may not be holding the measurement for the scale

Hi Elena,

When using the Set Scale tool make sure you ONLY click at the beginning.... to END .... JUST LIFT up on the trackpad or mouse. There is a mini clip in CustomerHub for the Set Scale tool under the Studio Library tab.

You're so close to getting it right. Also, MAKE sure you zoom in close so you can see where you want to begin and end. You want to be as accurate as possible.

there was definitely an issue with the software. I've used the Set Scale and measuring many times but this time it was not working. I downloaded the latest version and now there are no further issues. Thanks for your reply - I appreciate it.
