Saving cropped images

I am having an issue with Irfanview and Photoshop. I import the image fine but after I crop and save they do not load into my custom fill box. I thought I must have changed something but it seems weird that I am having issues with both programs.

You're saying you can import the cropped images into Studio but you can't load the image in the custom tab like you would a fabric image?

I cannot load the cropped fabric image in the custom tab.

Can you add the file by using the paper clip so we can test and see what the problem is.

I do not know. I uninstalled / re-installed both programs and so far it is working.
