    Hello, Had to uninstall and reinstall Minutes Matter after updating to Windows 10. Using Parallels on a Mac. The only way I could get MM running was to install the trial. Upon opening MM each day, I get the message of how many days are left in the trial and when entering my activation code I get an error message that the code is in the wrong format. I copied and pasted the code without additional spaces and it won't work. At a loss of how to get this program up and running again. Appreciate your help.

    Hi Janet,

    When that message appears it always has to do with the format. I know you copied/pasted did you confirm that you saw the first and last character of your serial number when you pasted?

    I also cleared your licenses, the next problem you would have encountered was the Limited License error message.
