How To's ~ deleted project I had been working on

Major mistake....working on project and somehow I deleted it....how do I search for it!!!

In your My Studio Designs folder go to Auto Backup Files and look for the file if you named it (I hope!), or MMStudio default name. And you looked in your Recycle Bin, right?
