    Do we know if there are any techies around today in the office? I was able to access the system via offline activation, but can't export a rendering.

    You can get your activation code from your Custom Hub (light blue bar above)

    if that doesn't work, email me the rendering (.mms file) and I will export it back to you!

      @Linda Have you updated your Studio software to download the latest verion? If you have Windows 10, then all you need to do is download our latest version. We sent out multiple emails this summer regarding the Windows 10 issue.

      To activate Studio, log into your CustomerHub account and you'll be able to access your serial number. I sent you those login credentials in an email.
