  • Is anyone in the MM office today, Wednesday 27th?

    Need some help and am wondering if the office is open today, I did call and leave a message.

      Thanks Anna.
      My PC updated to windows 10 last night and now I can not access MM at all. I click on the raspberry on the nav bar and get a message box with 'Your activation code has been updated, To continue using Studio,click on activate or call'.... But there is no 'activate' button, only an OK.

        Hi Linda, just go to your customer hub account and update your program and that should fix your issues. You will probably have to enter your activation code and activate.
        You may have to wait a little while, the activation center is down at the moment.

      Thank you Anna. But where do I update in the Hub? I don't see any menu item about updating.

        Click on Customer Hub in the light blue bar above, then select My Account. You'll see your serial number there and a link to download the latest version of Studio. This is the update.

          Got it, thank you. Didn't connect 'update' and 'reinstall'...
