  • Anna Davis Shaped Cornice

This is in reference to your cornice on a FB page. You said you printed your shape from MM. Would you be willing to share how you did this?

Not Anna (obviously) but here are directions from a webinar we did five years ago; scroll to post #8 June Drawing Scale

Sorry, I was away from the computer. Glad you got it figured out!
For others wondering: Under the view tab > zoom, select 20% - see attached screen shot

I always do my shapes in Studio. I have attached the file for this cornice. You will see that the cornice is on three pages that you will need to print. You will then line up all the shapes and measure across to make sure you have everything lined up. You will also see that the cornice is off the workspace. I duplicated the pages so the cornice would be in the same place on the page. I then moved the cornice with the arrow keys to ensure it did not move vertically. This allows me to put it back together like a puzzle once it is printed.

Thanks Anna....I will also be doing it this way from not on. It worked especially well as I had two different widths.
                  This blew me away!!
