Can't insert image into studio

    Studio Tools ~ Can't insert image into studio

    I have an image saved to my computer, but when I go to import the image in Studio, it doesn't see the image in my file directory. I have stored the image in a variety of locations to see if it's the directory. I am on Windows 10. Help!

    Hi Kathy open the file in irfanview and resave as a JPEG it sounds like it has lost its extension this happens sometimes

      Wow, that is a quick response. Thank you. That was it. I didn't realize it lost the extension when saving.
