I have a new laptop and found the directions here (Forum) on how to re-install MM on my new computer. I think that I was able to download the program, but the MM icon never appeared on my desktop. Hi Debbie,
It sounds like you need your licenses cleared or information updated. We now have a charge for clearing licenses/updating information. Below is the link to pay the $45 fee.

Comment on Printing/Using a MACYes you have to add printing on your mac. Save it to your mac side then you can print. Besure and export the image so it will be a jpeg.
