Every time I use the "set scale" tool on a photo or floor plan, the measurements never seem to hold. When I check the measurments, they are all incorrect. If the height is correct, the width is wrong, etc. Is there a way to correct this?06-29-2026, 07:15 PM

It sounds like you have resized the photo and maybe accidentally skewed it. Does that sound like that could’ve happened?
When you resize a photo, make sure you hold down the CTRL key and push on one of the four corners — never on one of the side edit points. Doing...06-29-2026, 09:25 PM -

I have a new laptop and found the directions here (Forum) on how to re-install MM on my new computer. I think that I was able to download the program, but the MM icon never appeared on my desktop.
