Eyedropper work around for computers not at 100%

Currently I have not been printing that is ever since I got a MAC & use the online version. I am at my wits end trying to figure this out and there has never been a direct step by step way to do this. I am so used to clicking print and then I am done....

You can just use the 100% when you are using Studio. I usually just use my short cut ctrl + to change mine when I need my screen larger. So you can set the default at 100% then when you are using other apps just use the short cut to inlarge your font. It is really easy my laptop is the same so I perfer...

so is the eyedropper working now? you will get used to the smaller font, try wearing those blue glasses with a slight magnification

I purchased a high-end laptop with very high resolution for color and design.
My screen resolution is 3840 x 2160 and the recommended scale is set at 250%
Everything was great until I tried to use the eyedropper tool.

I changed it from 125 to 100 and it works now but holy moly is it tiny! No way to make the text larger?...

I'm on a new PC, Windows 11 and am having this eyedropper problem . Is there a fix for this?I tried the left and right mouse buttons, but that did not work.

Thank you for your response. I downloaded from customer hub. when i click on the file in my downloads, the install window continues to come up......not sure what to do to access the program?

In your CustomerHub account click on “My account” and then look for the section “Lots more to see here.” Then simply click on “Download the latest version of Studio.” You will also be able to find your serial number in CustomerHub.
