How do you transfer MM program from old PC to new?

I'm on a new PC, Windows 11 and am having this eyedropper problem . Is there a fix for this?I tried the left and right mouse buttons, but that did not work.

Thank you for your response. I downloaded from customer hub. when i click on the file in my downloads, the install window continues to come up......not sure what to do to access the program?

In your CustomerHub account click on “My account” and then look for the section “Lots more to see here.” Then simply click on “Download the latest version of Studio.” You will also be able to find your serial number in CustomerHub.

Thanks everyone for your help. I looked in customer hub, and i do not see the area to download the software to my new pc. After i do that, I need to load a thumb drive with my past drawings........any suggestions how to do that? And then load into the software on the new pc.....how do i do that as...

Debbie, like what Linda recommended copy all your files to a thumb drive. You will need to download Studio from your Customerhub account. Software cannot be copied from one computer to another. Only files can be copied from one computer and move to anothe...

I just did this last month. The instruction are in the customer hub. I had to do a bit of a dance to get my design files because I kept them in different folders rather than the default, but I put everything on a thumb drive and moved them that way.
