Before the webinar starts we also have live "Chat" on so we can quickly give you the link and you can be up and going. If the webinar has started we sometimes turn off live chat but before it starts we try to be there for you.

- Call GoToWebinar Tech Support: (888) 259-8414
- Internet Explorer 9 can create a conflict with GTW: Solution: Tools > Internet Options > Security and un-check the box (enable protected mode).
- Login in FireFox browser, this browser has fewer problems when logging into a webinar
