I am having trouble with Export in Studio. When I export a created file the file is unrecognizable no matter where I try to export it to. Also, when I try to import a picture from anywhere studio does not fine the file. I have updated Studio. Anyone else having this kind of trouble? Any suggestions as to what I can do?

I've tried exporting several files to no avail. Many of my clients send pics for us to work with. When I try to pull them into MM Studio from Dropbox Studio does not even see the file in Dropbox. I even tried downloading the picture to my picture file on my computer but that didn't work either. And, yes, I have downloaded the current version of Studio 3.6 Rel 2Carol Collins

I am not sure why the export is not work since you have the latest update. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling Studio. Also, be sure to reboot your computer.
Regarding Dropbox, you see your DB folder correct? If so, can you see any of your files in DB? You might need to logout of DB and log back in.
