HI I am trying to listen to a video on filing but there is no sound. The sound icon on the lower right corner has an x in it, how do I turn that on?

Yes, watch all videos in CustomerHub on your iPad or second computer. That way the second device will serve as a second monitor. We restrict bandwidth on video viewing to keep our server running blasting fast.
Hi Madeline, Are you trying to listen to videos inside your Studio Online account? If so, try watching videos in CustomerHub or YouTube on a second device like a tablet like an iPad.
