  • Scaling and color picker on newer laptop

Hi, I am having trouble with the color cop color picker.
I have read Anna's sticky on adjusting the text size (or not to).
The recommended text size for my laptop is 250%
    I have the recommended resolution of 3840 x 2160
When I do move the text size down to 100% it is impossible to see! Fonts are maybe 1/32" high!

When I open mm Studio, my toolbar is at 220.

Is there another tool than color cop?

    Thank you in advance

Are you using the eyedropper tool? I am not familiar with color cop?
Pardon my ignorance, I see that Color Cop is a Microsoft tool!

Marie. It is of course your choice. For our program to work correctly it must be at 100%. Your toolbar and the tools will never work correctly unless you have your computer at default 100%. Most programs work correctly at 100% if you change the font size from default they to do not work or view correctly.

I haven't heard of Color Cop either. On the Elevation tab, does your ruler bar begin at 20? Also what happens when you use Studio's eyedropper tool?
