Since we receive multiple emails and calls asking the steps on how to uninstall Studio and or Reinstall Studio, I thought I would give the step-by-step instructions here. I have attached three screenshots ~ click to enlarge and then click the side arrows to view the next image.
Reasons you might need to Uninstall Studio:
Click on Start button(see first screenshot) > Control Panel (see second screenshot) > Programs > Uninstall > scroll to locate Minutes Matter or MMStudio > click and select Uninstall. If you see multiple versions of Studio uninstall all of them.
FAST & Easy TIP for Windows 10 users:
Type Uninstall in the search dialog box next to the Windows Logo in the bottom left corner. Click on the result Uninstall App scroll down to locate Minutes Matter Studio > right click on Minutes Matter Studio and select Uninstall.

Reasons you might need to Uninstall Studio:
- You have to activate Studio with your serial number every time you open Studio.
- You received an error message that you are missing a .dll.
- You want to remove an older version of Studio.
- You only need one version of Studio installed on your computer older versions just take up hard drive space on your computer.

Reinstalling Studio
Reasons you might need to Reinstall Studio:
- You have purchased a new computer.
- You had a hard drive crash and had to format your computer.
- Your computer was attacked by a virus and you had to format your computer.
Log into your CustomerHub account to reinstall Studio. Before you download Studio,
- We recommend you download Studio via Firefox (not Internet Explorer) sometimes other browsers try to block downloading our software.
- You must disable your anti-virus long enough to download Studio which is usually 5 - 7 minutes.
- Windows 8 Users: You may need to change your security settings by going into Control Panel > click on System Securities > Change User Account Control Settings > Slide bar to the bottom > click Ok.
- Windows 10 Users: You have to turn off your virus protection and firewall.
- Log into CustomerHub, click on the My Account tab (see last screenshot) and you'll see "Download the latest version of Studio" click on that link to begin the download.
- Windows 8 Users: Once Studio is installed you need to right click on the Studio icon and click Troubleshoot Compatibility and reboot your computer to Save.(see picture below)
- Windows 10 Users: You do not need to do the Troubleshoot Compatibility step.
- Copy your serial number* (accessible in CustomerHub) into the activation box. (*Product Code, Activation Code and Serial Number are all the same thing)
