    Make sure Java is current and installed on your computer:
    http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

    If you encounter problems signing in to a live webinar:
    • read this: http://support.citrixonline.com/en_U...iles/GTW110001
    • Call GoToWebinar Tech Support: (888) 259-8414
    • Internet Explorer 9 can create a conflict with GTW: Solution: Tools > Internet Options > Security and un-check the box (enable protected mode).
    • Login in FireFox browser, this browser has fewer problems when logging into a webinar

    No Confirmation Email? If you auto-registered and did not receive your webinar invitation via email please email immediately!)

    (To use our live feed in Twitter, simply Tweet a question or comment and include #mmwebinar in your Tweet. To view other Tweets type #mmwebinar in the Search window.)

    Before the webinar starts we also have live "Chat" on so we can quickly give you the link and you can be up and going. If the webinar has started we sometimes turn off live chat but before it starts we try to be there for you.

    plan to log on to our webinars at least ten minutes ahead of starting time so that if you encounter any problems, you have plenty of time to download any software that might need updating or resolve connection issues.
