Sandy Chapman Style Valance
Tried to render a Studio version of this popular valance -- it has a new scallop shape with cuff, combined with the "horn with flare center " image and "bow with ties 2", slightly altered.

For that type of image, look in the Top Treatments Folder, as well as, the Swags Folder. You can also find the cuff under Top Treatments (Cuff w/Small Dip).
