Windows 8 solutions for install

1. Turn off your virus protection
2. Download Firefox
3. Change your security settings
4. Right click on the start button
5. Click on "Control Panel"
6. Click on System Securities
7. Click on "Change User Account Control Settings "(first line on the right)
8. Slide the bar to the bottom
9. Click OK

Sign into customer hub https://minutes.customerhub.net/

1. Once you're signed into CustomerHub > Click My Account > click on the link to download the program
2. Once Studio is installed Studio > right click on the raspberry
3. Click Troubleshoot Compatibility
4. Click Try recommended settings.
5. Reboot your computer for the settings to save
6. Sign into CustomerHub/My Account" right click copy serial number
7. Open Studio Click at the serial number with your mouse, right click paste
8. Click activate
